This policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions that govern theuse of the Wyzgo websites. Trip cncellation and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions described below.Customer who book trips with Wyzgo have the sole responsibility to read and agree or disagree with these terms and conditions.
The terms ‘Wyzgo’, ‘we’ and ‘us’ refer to the Wyzgo Management. The term ‘you’ and ‘our’ refer to the person who booked and paid for the trip on the WYzgo website.
Rights to determine
We reserve the rights to cancel any trip at any time, whether payment was made or not, due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event we have to cancel a trip for which you have booked, we will notify you within 24 hours of us becoming aware of the circumstances. You are responsible for monitoring the circumstances and agree to inform us immediately you become aware of any circumstance that will prevent you from safely completing the trip.
Claims for refunds are restricted to monies paid by customers directly to us towards their trip costs. We are not responsible for monies paid to third parties to cover other costs for your trip.
We offer a Trip Cancellation Protection plan that guarantees a 100 percent refund of your trip costs under any circumstances whatsoever. You must purchase and pay for cancellation protection when you book and pay for your trip.
In the event where circumstances do not permit you to start your trip on the planned date, you have the option to postpone the start date for up to one hundred and eighty (180) days without incurring any penalty. This option applies only to trips that are booked and fully paid up. You must notify us in writing of your intention to postpone your trip at least 24 hours in advance of the trip currently planned start date.
If you are unable to take the trip in the foreseeable future due to personal circumstances, the rules listed under Trip Cancellation below, will apply.
In the event of any Force Majeur incident, such as war, riots, civil disturbances, severe weather, flood, earthquake, natural disaster or other such Acts of God that make it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the trip, it is your responsibility to monitor the circumstances at your intended destination and notify us of any deterrents that prevent you from safely undertaking the trip. Wyzgo will use its own means to verify the Force Majeur and, in its sole discretion, determine the follow up course of action.
You must give Wyzgo advanced written notice of your intention to cancel a trip. The date of the cancellation will be the date the request was received by us. The rules below will apply if you cancel your trip.

The amount of your refund will be calculated based on the total payment made and received by us. Refunds will be processed using the same means that were used to pay for the trip.
Refunds will be determined and processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of the notice of cancellation. Requests for refund of payments related to your trip, made to third parties, must be referred to the party concerned.
